Babele is an online platform for collaborative business planning.

It aims to bring the same revolution that open source did to IT

programming,

by applying crowdsourcing to business development.

We provide an open environment in which users:

• build the project strategy using a simple methodology;

• work together with communities of mentors and supporters;

• validate and develop each project in a collaborative way.

Each project has a core-team that develops the

plan, while peers and mentors can track and

validate the progress done.

The project’s landing page is an

overview of what the project is doing

and how.

Key information is displayed: such as the location, the

development stage, the category and the model.

The timeline contains posts and requests

from the team, project’s updates, and any

kind of feedback from the community.

T h e p r o j e c t p l a n

The step-by-step methodology contains all

projects’ aspects: from activities to resources,

channels, fi nancial estimations, etc.

A clear explanation helps the user to answer each question,

going through all the key topics of a complete business

model.

Mentors and supporters can read the updates

of each business section and give open feedback.

Whenever in need, the user can create a

thread to discuss any topic with the other

members of the project community.

When the team is in need, can ask questions

or start conversations with the community.

Each thread is multi-content. Users can post text,

links, upload pictures, videos, files, and presentations.

They can create and follow projects, as well as

follow or be followed by other users in the

We wish to off er Babele as an online support tool for incubators, universities and

companies, in order to connect people and projects under the same “collaborative

network”.

The main objective of the collaboration is to achieve a seamless integration with the

your work format, so that we can only enjoy benefi ts and avoid drawbacks.

Key benefi ts for communities are the following:

• Keep track of the progress done by the supported startups, while centralizing

all feedback about their strategy in one place;

• Stimulate the participation and collaboration between mentors, entrepreneurs,

investors and other stakeholders;

• Enhance the knowledge transfer between diff erent startups – E.g. a wise

remark or feedback to a project could be useful also for another.

• Mentors and other supporters receive notifications whenever a project

was changed, enabling a high quality project tracking and follow-up;

• Users can attach any fi le to the projects (Via Google Drive or Dropbox);

• It is possible to download the PDF extract of the project plan;

• The project methodology can be adapted to match any wished standard.

It is customizable through an intuitive and easy-to-use editor.
