A. INTRODUCTION

The business feasibility study of Andalusian Grocery including market analysis, site evaluation and sales forecasting. This study and findings could lead to the Implementation Strategy which is discussed in further detail in Section Four.

B. STUDY PROCESS

The assignment consisted of three phases: Fact Finding Review Phase. Market Assessment and Analysis to determine what type and size of grocery store is supportable in Andalusian Grocery. Site Evaluation Phase.
