What is VALUE?

• Is it everything that costs under $1?

• Is it NEW LOW PRICES?

• When everything is on sale, is anything

really on sale?

Meeting the Customer’s needs

• What do they really need from you?

• What is it that ONLY you and your organization

provides? Is it important to the customer?

• How do you market that difference?

• Pricing must be below the value to the customer,

NOT below the competition if you are truly

different!

As the economy improves

• How will you be different and will you be

paid for the difference?

• How will you communicate your difference

to your customers and potential customers?

Some examples of competition that is NOT price focused

• Disney World

• Whole Foods

• Buffalo Wild Wings

People want to pay for value!

How Sparkling Image is Different

• We REALLY clean the whole room! A new

standard.

• “Total Touch” deep cleaning service brings

facility back to “like new” condition.

• We tailor the service frequency to meet

your traffic and image needs.

Sparkling Image is A-OK!

Our recommendation•Determine what your customers’ needs are and meet them!

•Excellence requires doing difficult things that others won’t/can’t do.

•Price is PART of the value equation, not all of it!

We’d love to be part of how you differentiate yourself from your competition!
