There were several key attributes that made Ongoing Operations standapart from other providers: the breadth of their offerings, their deepunderstandingandcommitmenttothecreditunionindustry,andtheirtop-notchtechnicalexpertise.”

Lori Gall,SVPAdministrationofMid-AtlanticCorporateFederalCreditUnion

As credit unions and other businesses expand to offer more complex products, the value of a robust business continuity program increases dramatically.

Value ofOngoingOperations

Business Continuity programs are not justabout restoring IT infrastructure anymore.Credit union members and businessclients demand constant access to theiraccounts and information. Using onlinebanking and bill pay, performing creditor debit card transactions, and initiatingaccounttoaccounttransfershavebecomeeverydaytasksformanyactivecreditunionmembers. This expectation of anytimeaccess makes any outage a dramatic

experience for both themembers and thecreditunion’semployees.

Ongoing Operations is an organizationthat takes the time to understand eachof its clients’ unique needs. We werecreated by credit unions and have a deepunderstanding of the industry. This helpsus design complete business continuityprogramsthatreallyworkforcreditunions–orvirtuallyanyotherbusiness.

A Partnership with Ongoing Operations will help you:

• DevelopacompleteBusinessContinuityProgramthatyoucancounton
