y Once the need of the client is understood we design theformat/ call monitoring form as per their requirement. In case the client already has an existing format for the form and the
report and does not want to change we continue with the same. Else a new form & reports is developed.
y Scouting for appropriate quality associates startsdepending on the level of skill set defined by the client.
y Selected candidates are then sent over to the client fortheir interview round post which depending on theinterest raised they are selected or rejected. Once the candidate is selected, they are trained on call monitoring
techniques .
