IFA Ukraine is the Ukrainian branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). IFA Ukraine is a non-profit organization established in Ukraine in 2007. IFA Ukraine was officially recognized by IFA at the 61st IFA Kyoto Congress during September 2007.

IFA Ukraine is the only organization in Ukraine dealing exclusively with international tax matters.

IFA Ukraine has grown in a short time to over 50 members.

International Fiscal Association (IFA), Netherlands, is the only non-governmental and non-sectoral international organization dealing with fiscal matters over the globe. Damianou, Chris

Executive Director,Eurofast

Chris is an Executive Director at Eurofast and specializes in international tax structuring and planning, including real estate structuring. Chris has over 25 years of working experience in tax consulting, working with local as well as multinational companies.

Previously in his career he has served as the European Chairman of the 6th largest international accounting organisation in the world for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region as well as President of the Junior Chamber International of Cyprus. He is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Montenegro in Cyprus (except Limassol).

Voznyuk, Olena

President, IFA Ukraine

Olena is a Tax and Legal Partner at Nexia DK. Olena has more than 12 years of experience in advising multinational and domestic clients on tax structuring of inbound and outbound investments, M&A structuring, pre-acquisition and post-acquisition restructuring, Transfer Pricing etc.

Olena served as a tax partner and senior tax lawyer for the leading Ukrainian law firms. She also worked as tax consultant at PwC Kyiv. In February 2014 Olena was elected as the President of the Ukrainian branch of International Fiscal Association. Olena is a member of the Public Council to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

Lascau, Iulia

Managing Director, Partner,Euroglobal Audit& Advisory

Iulia is a graduate of the Finance, Banking and Accounting faculty from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. Iulia is a member and authorized lecturer of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors and recognized and approved member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC). Iulia holds an Executive MBA, from Tiffin University, Ohio USA in cooperation with University of Bucharest.

Iulia is a member and authorized Expert Assessor for enterprises of the Romanian Body of Expert Accountants, as well as a member of Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors.

With more than 13 years experience, Iulia has extensive practice in financial audits and related assurance engagements, accounting and advisory engagements working with multinational and local companies.

Diallinas, Panos

Regional Director,Eurofast Global Limited

Mr. Panayiotis (Panos) Diallinas holds the position of Regional Director in Eurofast.

He joined Eurofast Global in 2006 responsible for the Eurofast operations in South East Europe and Eastern Mediterranean specifically in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, FYROM and Albania.

Mr. Diallinas, is an active member in all bilateral business associations and chambers of Greece - in Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Serbia as well as in associations and chambers of other countries in locations of Eurofast.

Panos has conducted numerous presentations at international conferences, seminars and meetings focusing on tax related matters as well as issues international companies wanting to set up business in the Region.

Jakovljevic, David

Tax and Legal Advisor,Eurofast Croatia

David is a Tax and Legal Advisor at Eurofast Croatia. David obtained his Master of Law degree from the University of Zagreb in 2011 and was admitted to the Croatian Bar Association in 2015.

David specialises in domestic and real estate, corporate law, insolvency as well as M&A Tax. He also has experience in Contract, Employment Law and obtaining work and residency permits for clients.

David has been involved in various advisory projects including advising Croatian and Slovenian banks on bankruptcy proceedings, due diligence projects and negotiation proceedings involving real estate transactions and litigation.

Kneychuk, Oksana

Partner,AstapovLawyers

Oksana Kneychuk holds a law degree summa cum laude from the University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She has a vast experience of consulting on corporate reorganisations and distributions, sale of businesses, capital raisings, joint ventures, property developments, and liquidations.

Oksana’s extensive experience also covers advice on the most advantageous tax planning strategies for cross-border inbound and outbound investment, as well as tax advice to the Ukrainian high net worth individuals on private wealth structuring, preservation of wealth and tax planning around life changing events.
