Master of Business Administration (MBA) The MBA program provides advanced skills in selected business and management disciplines, including practical experience in the application of those skills in the context of the overall dynamics of organizations; building change manager and change agent skills; skill in working as a member of a multicultural team; and an ability to collect, analyze and critically evaluate data as well as other information to arrive at reasoned conclusions. The degree consists of 39 units, of which 9 units are concentration courses.

Master of International Business Administration (I-MBA)The I-MBA program recognizes that the growing economic interdependence between nations has created an acute awareness of the need for international course offerings. The I-MBA program addresses this growing worldwide demand for graduates with a greater managerial capability in transnational business environments. The degree consists of 39 units, of which 9 units are concentration courses

SAP TrainingMarshall Goldsmith School of Management is the only Business School in San Diego to offer com-plimentary SAP training as a part of the Business Degree. SAP is the world’s largest Enterprise Resource Planning system with a worldwide market share of about 60% and wide usage among the Fortune 500 and other companies. Graduates with SAP training not only have a competitive edge in the job market but are actually hired at a salary differential which ranges $5K to $10K over non SAP trained graduates with the same degree. SAP estimates that as many as 40,000 SAP knowledgeable graduates are needed to meet global demand over the coming two years. Worldwide, 75,000 companies have purchased and maintain SAP software, resulting in 12 million users in some 120 countries. To help support this growing need for SAP educated graduates, SAP, a German multinational company, offers the SAP University Alliances program to selected universities around the world. MGSM has incorporated SAP software into multiple courses for graduate students in its business programs. Concentration Courses Both the MBA and I-MBA allow for the student the unique opportunity to choose a concentration for their degree. Students may choose from the following concentrations: Finance, Information & Technology Management, Marketing, NAFTA Business Development, Sustainable Business or Strategic Management.
