How to Find the Bus you NeedThe ‘Index of Places Served’ will show you which routes serve the places you wish to travel to. Manyservices have different timetables for weekends and evenings, check carefully for the time you wish totravel.

Catching the BusPlease arrive at the bus stop with a few minutes to spare and signal clearly by raising your arm whenyour bus approaches. Have a selection of change or your pass ready when you board and hold on tightuntil you are in your seat. Ask the driver if you wish to be seated before the bus moves off. When youwish to get off, ring the bell in good time.

Public or Bank HolidaysMost bus or train operators run Sunday or special services on Public or Bank Holidays, including otherdays around Christmas and New Year. Check with the bus/train operator before you go or call Traveline.
