Over the past few years, pole dancing has become increasingly recognised in the mainstream fitness industry with celebrity endorsements from Oprah to Madonna.

At Suzie Q Pole Studio our aim is not to train you professionally, but rather provide an alternative or addition to your exercise regime. As you are supporting your entire body weight you will see results much faster than you would using dumbbells or barbells at the gym (plus pole classes are a whole lot more fun!)

Pole dancing is suitable for all women, regardless of age, shape or fitness level. Feel free to stop by the studio any time during our opening hours.

Want to get the girls together for something a bit different? Pole parties are ideal for Hens Nights, Girls Nights Out, Birthday parties or Team Building events.

Your 1.5 hour lesson includes complimentary champagne on arrival, your choice of a pole dancing or lap dancing lesson (or a mix of the two!) and some memorable photo opportunities – using our extensive dress up box. All parties include a professional performance by your teacher.

Optional extras include your very own male exotic dancer or topless waiter!
