It’s time to bake that lovely cake,
A biscuit or slice just anything nice,
A sweet or two something yummy to
chew,
A homemade item is just such a
diamond.
But as they’re not cold,
put the cream on hold,
And PEANUTS don’t forget - can do
things you’ll regret.
Please complete a label,
So we’ll know what’s on our table,
In anticipation of your help,
Our appreciation will be felt,
And Burgmann the School
will think you’re real cool
Please deliver to the Library on Friday
18 March before 4pm or on Fair Day to
the Chapel before 9.30am

Our fantastic Burgmann Anglican School Fair
is fast approaching and we are excited to announce our first
Cake Decorating Competition this year, which will be open to all
year groups. The theme is entirely up to your creativity and
imagination.
A brief guide for the competition:
- Please make sure that your creation is clearly labelled
with your name and entry category.
- All cake decorations must be hand-made and from edible
material by the entrants themselves. Any cake base may
be used (either homemade cakes or store bought).
- Please provide a label of all ingredients used in
homemade cakes (as information for allergy sufferers!)
- Sorry, we cannot accept any items that require
refrigeration.
Please bring your creations on a firm base to the drama room
next to the Chapel by 9:30am on the day of the School Fair.
You will be in the running for 2 prizes on the day: -
Popular Choice and Judges Choice
There will be Junior, Middle, Senior student and Adult
categories. Once the winners of the competition have been
announced the cakes will be auctioned at around 1pm.
Decorating is lots of fun and everyone can have a go, so
complete the entry form online with your entry fee of $5 per
entry. So roll up your sleeves and get creative!
