    In the last 50 years Brazil has increased its meat production from 1.3 milliontones to 9 million tones per year.

    Most fast food restaurants containing burgers in the menu depend onBrazil

    s meat.

    Brazils global meat trade has reached the value of $40 billion

    Brazilian government makes a huge profit out of this industry

    Then its cut down leavinganimals and tribes with nohomes

    Then its cleaned viaburning

    Then its transformedinto factories

    Since 1970 , 600 000 square kilometres have been destroyed.5.4 million acres are lost per year.

    All this amount of trees cut down contribute hugely tocleaning the atmosphere from green house gasses such as

    carbon dioxide. And more than that, the amount of greenhouse emissions caused by burning these forest to cleanthem and the amount of gasses emitted by the Industriesthat are placed there are gigantic. Lots of species havebeen endangered and some of the worlds unknown

    species that lived in the rainforest have been lost.More than 1.5 billion tons of carbon dioxide are releasedto the atmosphere due to deforestation, mainly thecutting and burning of forests, every year.

    The high emissions of carbon dioxide into theatmosphere cause the heating of the planet. Thecarbon dioxide builds up and the temperature inthe area increases as CO2 retains heat. Thiscauses changes like dry seasons, very hotsummers, etc.
