State Attorney Stephen B. Russell, Bar Number 214299 Violation of Florida statutes 104.31 and 110.233

I would like to request a criminal investigation into State Attorney Stephen B. Russell’s campaigning activities on behalf of Amira Fox while he was officially working as a state employee during the years of 2017 and 2018. Florida Statute 104.31 1. It appears Political events were attended by Stephen Russell during work hours as a state employee in support of Chief Assistant State Attorney Amira Fox while she was running for the position of State Attorney for the 20th Judicial District. Florida Statute 110.233 2. It appears while under the supervision of Stephen Russell and according to Fox’s calendar and timesheets; Fox’s Political activities interfered with her state employment while she was officially working when running for the position of State Attorney for the 20th Judicial District.
