Bunny Bingo – Saturday 28th March, 2020

This is one of our most popular fundraising events in which your whole family can take part. Bunny Bingo is an afternoon of bingo where the prizes are Easter Eggs and Mr Tinsley is our bingo caller. Please be aware that this is always a sell out event, so tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Tickets are only sold in advance. Please return the attached form to the school office by Friday 20th March. Doors open at 3 pm. Bingo starts at 3.30 pm and finishes approximately 1-1.5 hours later followed by pizza Tickets are £6 per person (Pre-schoolers £3) – this also includes one bingo card and some pizza. Additional bingo cards will be on sale on the day. A licensed bar and soft drinks will be available. Every child is guaranteed to win a prize! To purchase a ticket please fill in the slip below. Return with payment, in a sealed envelope with your child’s name and class written on the front, to the school office. We will not be sending tickets in advance this year, your name will be on the door, this is strictly first come first served. Payment by cash - exact money only, no change will be given. Alternatively, we will be in the playground at drop off on Wednesday 18th March to take forms and card payment (minimum payment is £10). We recommend you bringing a bingo pen or highlighter, some bingo pens will be on sale at the event! We do not recommend felt pens as they end up obscuring the numbers! In order to make Bunny Bingo work we need donations! Please could you donate any Easter eggs (nut free) or Easter items to be used as prizes and bring them into front playground Friday 27th March. Please note that we are collecting eggs differently this year, we will be collecting eggs on one day only due to lack of storage. Whichever class collects the most chocolate eggs will receive a prize – so come on, bring in those eggs! Prizes for Reception, Key Stage 1 and key Stage 2! Any remaining Easter Eggs will be used in the Tombola on Thursday 2nd April. Thank you!
