    NOTES:

    2. Existing tenant (Buy Right Cars) to remove 4 x floodlights attached to building and bollards to

    Great North Road frontage prior to demolition.

    3. Cell phone tower and associated equipment will be removed by others prior to demolition.

    4. All demolition material removal and site access / egress is to be via Great North Road.

    5. Refer Special Conditions of Contract for additional contract requirements.

    6. All earthworks and exposed surfaces are to be protected from excessive traffic or working

    loads to maintain sub surface integrity.
