overbearing person who habitually badgers and intimidates others

Types Of Bullying: Social, Physical, and Cyber

Page 3: Bullying and Harassment

Social BullyingSocial bullying is spreading rumors, leaving people out on purpose, and breaking up friendships. Social bullying is deliberate, repetitive and aggressive social behavior intended to hurt others. Social Bullying are more likely to be done by girls.

Page 4: Bullying and Harassment

Physical Bullying Physical Bullying is what we mostly see

on TV and movie shows now. Physical Bullying is ugly, also like many

of the other types of bullying and NOBODY wants it to happen to them.

Boys are more likely to do physical bullying.

Page 5: Bullying and Harassment

Cyber Bullying Cyber bullying is growing and growing

more with our advanced technology. Four out of ten middle school students

have had their password(s) stolen and changed by a bully who then locked them out of their own account or sent communications posing as them.

Cyber Bullying More and more people are taking steps

to stop cyber- bullying by doing little things such as:

A photographer saw a few girls that she was to take pictures of and she saw them bullying and harassing a girl through Face book. She stopped bullying by not taking their pictures and reported the bullying to the girls’ parents.

Harassment Harassment is unwelcome conduct that

is based on race, color, religion. Harassment is also calling someone

stupid. Or those names we call people now.

Who Do We Tell About Bullying/Harassment? And How to Stop It? Tell an adult you trust if you are bullied

or if you see bullying IMMEDIATELY! To stop it tell an adult you trust or even

stand up to the bully. (But don’t punch or kick. That just makes matters worse.)

person who gets bullied” some won’t even want to be with you or even around you.

This is why it’s so important to stop bullying and harassment as soon as it starts.
