8 November 2019 Tutor me and an-bullying week As part of our personal development programme we have been developing themes of the week which are delivered through tutor sessions. Next week, as part of an-bullying week, students in Years 9 - 11 will be watching the BBC documentary 'Odd One out' featuring Jesy Nelson from Lile Mix. The documentary focuses on the impact of social media on teenagers and young people, and more importantly how young people can move on from negave comments they receive. Remembrance Ceremony Staff and students gathered today for our Remembrance Ceremony. Wreaths, made by Art Club, were laid by representatives of each year group, Alex performed the Last Post and Angus and Jess read For the Fallen by Laurence Binyon. To finish, students listened to Justus, Grace, Hannah, Hatti and Imogen perform A Wish for Peace. Students conducted themselves brilliantly and were respectful and reflective throughout.
