Thank you. Mr. John Breault, the parish caretaker, has retired. For the past ten years he has served with generosity, dedication, skill, cooperation, faith and good humour. We are most grateful to Jack and glad that he remains an active and valued member of the parish, serving various ministries, committees and organizations.

Congratulations and welcome to Mr. Michael Taylor, who now serves as the parish caretaker. Mike is well known and involved in the life of the parish with various ministries and organizations. We hope that this new role will bring him blessings and support as he serves the Lord in His Church.
The Knights of Columbus Council 7224 of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish would like to invite you to a Family Fish-Fry Dinner on October 9, 2015 starting at 5:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased in the Our Lady of Lourdes Church vestibule after each mass of the coming weekends or by contacting George Iori (613 384 4812) or any of the other KofC members. The cost of a ticket will be fifteen dollars ($15 per person) and will not be sold at the door. This dinner will focus on children and especially our altar servers and will feature the cooking of Mike Mundell.

St. Barnaby’s Parish is having a MIKE MUNDELL FISH FRY on Sunday, September 20, 11:15 a.m. Tickets are to be purchased in advance and will be available after each Mass or by calling Noreen at 613-542-3487. Adults - $14. Children 5 to12 yrs old-$7. Children under 5, FREE. All proceeds will be split between St. Barnaby’s Church Restoration Fund and Cemetery Fund.
Forming Intentional Disciples Workshop, Saturday November 28The Youth Office, along with the Deaconate Program and St. Mary’s Cathedral will be hosting this one-day workshop on Forming Intentional Disciples. A day focused on our personal relationship with Jesus and evangelizing to others based on Sherry Weddell’s book “Forming Intentional Disciples”. Deacon Mark Cesnik from the St. Catherine of Siena Institute that Weddell founded will be Facilitating this day! $30 registration fee includes lunch. To register, contact Nadia by phone or email. An day for parents, parish volunteers, and especially those in youth ministry! Being held at McKinley Hall in Providence Spirituality Centre. 9 am-4 pm.
