Marriage Preparation Course (Pre-Cana)Pre-Cana course hosted by
Mar Thoma Sleeha Cathedral will be held from September 20-22, 2013
(Friday 2:00pmthru Sunday 3:00 pm) at CASA ITALIA (former Sacred
Heart Seminary), located at 3800 W. Division St., Stone Park,
IL-60165. This is a mandatory course for all Catholic faithful
preparing to get married. Advance registration is req-uired before

he came near,Jesus asked him, 41 What do you want me to do for
you?
Lord, I want to see, he replied.
42 Jesus said to him, Receive your sight; your faith has healed
you.43 Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus,
praising God.
When all the people saw it, they also praised God.

Thayam-kary passed away in India on Aug 8th.
Funeral held at St.Thomas Church,Nalukody, Changanacherry. She
is themother of Anto Kavalackal, mother-in-law of AnnammaAnto.

AnnouncementsCCD registration is available this week on line. It
starts on 25th Sunday . Registrationfacility will be available
manually on Sunday 18th after 8.00, 9.30, 11.00 masses.
You can register for Malayalam Classes also. It is good to know
our mother tong Malayalam for our future generation
Advanced Faith Formation which will be conducted at 9.30 am
CCD teachers will have an in service class program on Saturday
24th from 8.30 am t3.00 PM . All teachers should attend this
program. Rev. Dr. Sony Sebastian PalatharaCMI is taking this class
for us.
Cultural Academy of our parish will start from September
onwards. There are various artforms taught in the Academy. You can
improve your talents.
The Marriage preparation classes will be held on 20, 21, and 22
of September.
There is a one day retreat by Shalom team in English taking
place on Saturday Aug 24 atMaine East High School. Main speakers
are Bishop Francis Kane, Fr Kumblumootil,Sr Miriam, Bob Canton and
Mario St Francis.
We will celebrate the feast of Ettunoyambu the birthday of
Blessed Virgin Virgin Mary atthe Grotto on September 7th Saturday
evening with a Holy Mass and Thiri
Pradakshinam. Please consider of taking Noyambu in preparation
for this.Thanks for everybody who cooperated for arranging SIX FLAG
day last Sunday.
