Changing that darn automatic Numbering/Bullets in Word 2000 Tired of having Word automatically number and bullet items for you. Follow these steps:

1. Open Word, Click Insert from the menu bar 2. Next click AutoText then AutoText again, see below.

3. Notice I am using the second tab. “AutoFormat as you type” Uncheck the Automatic Bullets and Numbered lists. There are many other options that you can do here. Just experiment, let me know if you find a good combination we might all want.
