OVERLY GSA CLASS 5 ATTACK-RESISTANT VAULT DOORSOverly offers a series of attack-resistant vault doors that are designed to meet your projects requirements.The GSA Class 5 Security Vault Door is produced to the exact requirements of Federal Specification AA-D-600D. This specification calls for the door to be either a single swing or pair of doors having clear openingsizes of 1015mm wide x 1980mm high and 2000mm wide x 1980mm high respectively. These doors canbe equipped with either a Kaba-Mas electro-mechanical lock conforming to Federal Specification FF-L-2740for those Class 5-V applications, or with a Sargent & Greenleaf mechanical combination lock conforming toFederal Specification FF-L-2937 for those Class 5-A applications. All active leafs have an inside emergencyescape device. Doors are pre-hung in the frame and are designed for clamp-on installation to the vault walls.

OVERLY DOS CLASS 5 MAXIMUM SECURITY VAULT DOORSOverly offers an upgraded version of its GSA Class 5 vault door for those Class 5-B applications. Inaddition to meeting the requirements of Federal Specification AA-D-600D, this door provides up to 60minutes of penetration delay against battering attacks, and intense and concentrated hand tool attacks,and being able to withstand both 7.62mm and 5.56mm multiple shot ballistic attack without penetrationper Department of State (DOS) specification SD-STD-01.01 Revision G.

OVERLY AR-5 SERIES SECURITY VAULT DOORSIn many cases, a security vault door is needed that exceeds the size and/or other constraints of FederalSpecification AA-D-600D. For these instances, Overly offers the AR-5 Series of Security Vault Doors ineither single swing or pair configurations. It is important to note that although the AR-5 product isbased on the approved GSA/DOS product, units of this type cannot bear the GSA labels due to therequired changes to the base product. VAULT DOOR ACCESSORIESFor many applications, vault doors need to be equipped with day gates or day doors in order to meet additional projectrequirements. In order to help meet these requirements, Overly has a complete line of day gates and day doors. The day gates areavailable in standard, full height or dutch door configurations with additional options such as self-closing, issue portsand stainless steel shelves. The day doors are available in hollow metal, acoustical, bullet-resistant and weathertightconfigurations for mounting on the vault door units back-frame. CUSTOM DESIGNED PROPERTY, EVIDENCE AND GUN LOCKERSOverly offers a broad range of custom designed lockers for the storage of guns, pistols, evidence including narcotics, and personal property. There is no limit on the number of openings and the locking/latching systems arealmost limitless. All Overly Lockers are of welded unitized construction and, generally, have 1/8” thick stainless steeldoors attached by welded continuous hinges. The reverse side of the lockers may be solid or equipped with lockerdoors. Overly’s Rifle and Pistol Lockers are completely enclosed and are supplied with flock- or felt-lined innersurfaces and weapons brackets. Dual locks may be used for individual lockers and groups of lockers may beequipped with an outer door. Units are normally produced with a #4 stainless steel finish on the exposed outer surfaces. ADDITIONAL DOOR UNIT PERFORMANCE FEATURESIn addition to bullet-resistant capabilities, Overly also offers its flush door units with up to 3-hour UL fire protection. These dual-labeledunits meet UL10B/UL10C/UBC7-2 Testing Standards.

BALLISTIC-RESISTANT TRANSACTION SERVICE WINDOWSTo facilitate the transfer of currency and documents without compromising ballistic protection, Overly offers acomplete line of Ballistic-Resistant Transaction Service Windows that feature integral pass-through trays andsecure natural voice transmission systems to alleviate the need for an electronic communications device. OverlyTransaction Service Windows have been tested and listed by UL as bullet-resistant security devices. They areavailable in each of the eight UL 752 ballistic levels, as well as to NIJ Standard 0108.01.

Window sills are offered in a #4 stainless steel finish, and the window frames are available in either aprimed painted steel or a #4 stainless steel finish. The window sills are also available with a writing shelf.Window frame anchorages may be specified as either a built-in or bolt-in type configuration.

Standard Overly Ballistic-Resistant Transaction Service Windows are offered with bullet-resistantlaminated glass, the thickness of which is determined by the specified ballistic level. As an option, the windowsare available with acrylic, polycarbonate, and glass-clad polycarbonate transparent armors.

BALLISTIC-RESISTANT FIXED VISION WINDOWSTo complement its Ballistic-Resistant Transaction Service Window line and provide total bullet resistance, Overly offers Ballistic-ResistantFixed Vision Windows to provide for secure viewing from a protected area.

Overly Fixed Vision Windows are available in prime painted or a #4 stainless steel finish, and offer the same anchorage andtransparent armor options as the Ballistic-Resistant Transaction Service Window.

Overly can also incorporate acoustical performance requirements in its Ballistic-Resistant Fixed Vision Windows. Consult factory withyour project’s specific requirements.

PACKAGE PASS-THROUGHSTo facilitate the transfer of packages in a secure environment, Overly offers ballistic-resistant package pass-throughs. These package pass-throughs are available in each of the eight UL 752 ballistic levels.

If your project requires additional secure performance requirements such as acoustical and/or fireprotection, Overly can incorporate these features. For sound control, an STC rating of 52 is available astested in accordance with ASTM E90, and for fire, a 1-1/2 hour UL rating in accordance withUL10B/UL10C/UBC7-2 is available.

All of Overly’s package pass-throughs are custom manufactured around your specific maximumpackage size and are designed with a mechanical interlock that prevents both doors from being open at thesame time, guaranteeing the ballistic protection at all times. Units are available in #4 finish stainless-steel or prime painted carbon steel andcome fully assembled with a clamp-on frame ready for installation into a prepared opening. MONEY CART PASS-THROUGHSOverly Series MCPT Money Cart Pass-Throughs are used in banks, financial institutions, casinos, and armored car services where large sums ofmoney or valuables in various forms are transferred. Pass-Throughs are designed to totally contain a money cart within its enclosure.

Series MCPT Pass-Throughs are completely assembled units composed of pass chamber, wall clamping flanges are classified as fail-secureand integral horizontal swinging doors. Doors are electrically interlocked to permit opening of only one door at a time. Locking systems areclassified as fail-secure. If units are used in barriers not under constant surveillance, integral switches can be provided to permit remote monitoring.

Series MCPT assemblies are listed by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) as bullet-resisting assembliesin compliance with Standard for Safety-UL 752, Bullet-Resisting Equipment for Levels 1-8, as well asto NIJ Standard 0108.01. Frames telescope to adjust to finish wall thickness by clamping the wallopening. The finished wall thickness must be specified at time of order. Non-standard sizes areavailable upon request.

Standard finish is prime paint, both sides. The following finishes are available: #4 stainlesssteel doors either side; stainless steel clamping flange with integral drip cap on hazard side orcomplete construction of stainless steel. Money Cart Pass-Throughs are shipped completely set upwith hardware applied and ready to install.

GUNPORTSTo complete a defensive position and allow for secure return-fire capability, Overly offers Ballistic-Resistant Gunports. These gunportsfeature a tamper-resistant locking mechanism and have a positive closing slide to eliminate accessibility from the outside. Assemblies arelisted by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) as being bullet-resistant in compliance with Standard for Safety UL 752, Bullet-ResistingEquipment for weapons protection levels 1-8, as well as to NIJ Standard 0108.01.

Overly gunports are manufactured of investment cast type 304 stainless steel with ballistic slide bars fabricated from type 304stainless steel bar of sufficient thickness to withstand specified attack level. Product is fully assembled and supplied with gaskets andmounting screws.

Overly Gunports are offered with a stainless steel finish and may be mounted through the wall or transparent armor.

VOICE APERTURESOverly Ballistic-Resistant Voice Apertures are designed for mounting in armored vision lights to provide aninexpensive, maintenance-free, non-electronic method of voice transmissions, in control rooms, currencyexchanges, teller windows and other ballistic protected areas. Assemblies are listed by UnderwritersLaboratories, Inc. (UL) as being bullet resisting assemblies in compliance with Standard for Safety-UL 752,Bullet-Resisting Equipment for the following threat levels weapons protection levels 1-8, as well as to NIJStandard 0108.01.

Overly Ballistic-Resistant Voice Apertures are manufactured of investment cast type 304 stainless steel with ballistic bafflesfabricated from type 304 stainless steel material of sufficient thickness to withstand specified attack level. Product is fully assembled andsupplied with gaskets and mounting screws.
