Let the sun set ... and rise
Two boys watched the sun set off the California coast. The 6-year-old found it so captivating that he said,Please, God, dont let it go down.
The older boy said to him, Stevie, it has to go down so itcan come up again on the other side of the world. Thepeople there need it, too.
As Ecclesiastes 1:5 (NRSV) says, The sun rises and thesun goes down, and hurries to the place where it rises.

Our change makes a difference!May & June COINS for
NOTHING But NETSMalaria Kills....Malaria is particularly devastating in Africa, where it is a leading killer ofchildren. In fact, there are 10 new cases of malaria every second. Every 45 seconds, a child inAfrica dies from a malaria infection.
Malaria is also the number one killer of refugees in Africa.Nothing But Nets is workingclosely with the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to send urgently-needed insecticide-treated bed nets to more than one million refugees in 15 countries
Long-Lasting Insecticide-Treated Bed NetsAlthough $10 for a bed net may not sound like much, the cost makes them out of reach for mostpeople at risk of malaria, many of whom survive on less than $1 a day. Nets are a simple, life-saving solution, but we need your help to provide them to those in need. Join us now.
Send a net and save a life.
Get your container for COINS after church on Sunday.
