For centuries, woks have been an integral component of Asian cooking. In recent years, the wok has also been embraced by cooks throughout the world because of its simplicity and ability to create healthy meals.

Function

A wok is shaped like a large bowl and usually made out of carbon steel, with some alternatives being aluminum and cast iron. The stove top wok’s rounded bottom nestles into the grates of a gas range. This projects the flames’ heat into a hot spot on the wok’s bottom.

Benefits

A wok’s main advantage is that cooks can create healthy meals in a relatively short amount of time. little oil is used in preparing vegetables, meats or sea-food. Vegetables retain a crisp, crunchy texture, while the meats and seafood do not absorb large amounts of oil, which is heart-healthy.

The internal fan, fitted in the rear oven’s wall and com-bined with a circular heat-ing element or with an upper and lower elements, makes possible ventilated cooking at several levels without min-gling aromas and flavours. So, when you need you can prepare several dishes at the same time without making a compromise with their taste.

The ICF ovens of class A con-form to the latest worldwide standards on energy efficien-cy, ensuring a low energy consumption and consider-able shortening of the cook-ing time.

eleCTroNICAlly CoNTrolING oF THe oVeN

The digital programmers of the ICF ovens create unique comfort and safety during the cooking. You can pro-gram the unit selecting the temperature and time for start and end of the cooking. Even during your absence, the timer turns off the oven at the end of set cooking time and Child lock function contributes to your calmness avoiding its accidental turn-ing on by children.

ANAloGue CuT-oFF ProGrAMMer

The analogue cut-off pro-grammer for controlling the oven allows us to set the time for automatic switching off of the unit up to 90 minutes, conveniently and easily, only by turning the knob. A short sound announces the end of the preset cooking time.

THerMo-reFleCTING GlASS (low-e)

The special internal glass panel contributes to the en-ergy efficiency of the unit and considerably facilitates its maintenance. When the oven is in operation, the ther-mo-reflecting glass reflects the heat inside the muffle pre-venting its dispersing outside. Its big even surface can be used for placing the hot pots during cooking.

Two zonal cooling system, in the basis of which is the tan-gential motor, creates a cush-ion of air which surrounds the oven externally and in the oven’s door thus preventing the heat dispersing, protect-ing the kitchen cabinets and restraining condensation. In this way the oven’s door re-mains cool outside and con-siderably contributes to the safety during cooking.When the thermostat is off but a function is set, the cooling motor continues to work up to the oven’s cooling down.

The inner surface of the muf-fle is coated with resistible to high temperature, exclusively smooth and easy for clean-ing enamel.

When necessary a complete cleaning to be done, the oven’s door can be easily removed and its glass to be dismounted and again fitted only with the help of a coin. There are no dust depots, no concavities and holes for screws in its internal side but a full glass making it com-pletely even which makes its cleaning comfortable and quickly.

SIde rACK SySTeM

For the sake of convenience the ovens are equipped with antitilt guides which do not allow the grids to come out entirely and fall down dur-ing the cooking. The grids and trays are put firmly in the cavity on the guides, which can be easily removed at necessity of cleaning and fit-ted again after the cleaning procedure.

CATAlyTIC SelF CleANING PANNelS It will be no more necessary to spare so much time for cleaning the oven as well as to use detergents. The cata-lytic panels are easy to install and have the feature to cat-alyze the incineration of the fats during the baking as after that the cleaning is perform-ing only with a damp cloth.
