ABOUTThe Junior Luvabulls program is ready to find their 2019-2020 teams! The Junior Luvabulls will perform at five (5) Chicago Bulls regular season home games on the court at the United Center. This program is for young girls who aspire to dance and perform like the Luvabulls.

Our Mission & Goals: WE BELIEVE THAT YOUTH ATHLETICS IS THE FOUNDATION FOR: fitness, wellness, confidence, fun, strength, power, friendship, self-discipline, time-management, goal-setting, respect, coordination, and flexibility. Dance can teach an individual the importance of working together as a team. These are all important tools that can be used throughout your daughter’s life.

Our Teams: All girls, ages 5yrs. - 18yrs., are invited to join one of our Junior Luvabulls dance teams. Teams will be separated by age ONLY. Each member will be placed on a team after they have finished the online registration.

Team Levels (Age as of August 25, 2019): • Mini Luvabulls: 5 – 8 years • Youth Luvabulls: 9 – 12 years • Junior Luvabulls: 13 – 18 years

JUNIOR LUVABULLS IS A NO-CUT/NO AUDITION PROGRAM! SPACE IS LIMITED.

Our Junior Luvabulls program is a No-Cut/No Audition program. Below is a breakdown of all payments and due dates.

Junior Luvabulls team members will incur all of the following participation costs:

•Annual membership fee •Workshop fee •Monthly tuition fee •Accessory fees •Uniform fees

Payments will be due at the below payment schedule breakdown. All payments can be paid in cash or money order ONLY. Tuition paid after the first practice of the month will incur a $25 late fee in addition to owed tuition. Sick days, traffic, work conflicts, missed rehearsals are no exceptions (even if you call ahead or let your instructor know ahead of time). The fee will NOT be waived. A member will not be allowed to attend practice until the tuition or any fees are paid in full. If a member misses the final rehearsal before a performance due to late tuition and/or other reasons, that child will not be able to perform at the next scheduled Bulls game and will not receive any refunds or credits.

TUITION SCHEDULE

All payments are to be paid in full at the time payments are due. No exceptions or refunds. There WILL be a $25 late fee for all tuition paid after the due date (which is the first rehearsal of every month). Please make arrangements to have your tuition paid in advance if you will be absent.

*Failure to complete the season could result in not being able to join the 2020-2021 Junior Luvabulls season.

*Tuition is not based on the number of rehearsals in a month. Fees include: music, court rental, and choreography instruction. Total fees are added and then divided by month for monthly payment.

*Game tickets are your responsibility. They are not provided or included in the above fees.

The Dance Workshop is on Sunday, August 25, 2019 and is mandatory for all participants who want to become members of the Junior Luvabulls program. The uniform and accessory fee is also due at this time. Please refer to the Uniform and Accessories page for more information.

Doors open. Registration begins at 9:30 AM.

Members should arrive no later than 10:00 AM for check-in.

Junior Luvabulls participants will proceed to the court to start warming up.

Junior Luvabulls uniform fitting is from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Participants will try on a uniform for sizing and place the uniform order.

There will be a MANDATORY PARENT MEETING during the Workshop.

The Junior Luvabulls 2019-20 Game Schedule will be distributed at the first rehearsal.

The workshop will conclude with a performance by all of the Junior Luvabulls Teams.

REHEARSALSRehearsal Dates (All rehearsals are on Sundays)

Rehearsal Times and TeamsRehearsals may be canceled due to Sunday Bulls home games or snow days. We have accounted for that in the tuition. These canceled rehearsals will not be rescheduled. There are no refunds given for canceled rehearsals nor will you be charged fees for missing rehearsals or arriving late.

•All rehearsals will be instructed by current and former Chicago Luvabulls. There will be two instructors per group. •A Junior Luvabull instructor has the right to remove a Junior Luvabull from any game/rehearsal without warning or refund for any of the following: -Not having the correct uniform -Not knowing the choreography -Being disrespectful to ANY staff members or teammates -Missed rehearsals •The Junior Luvabulls 2019-20 Game Schedule will be distributed at the first rehearsal.

UNIFORM &ACCESSORIESThe Junior Luvabulls uniform consists of: custom-made, professional uniform by The Line Up (the same company who designs and produces the Luvabulls costumes), poms with baton handle, and bow. All fees are due on August 25th at the workshop.

*ALL NEW & RETURNING MEMBERS: $300.00 FOR ALL UNIFORM PIECES DUE AT CHECK-IN ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 25.

This season we will not be including all white gym shoes with our uniform package. We have taken out that charge and are allowing Junior Luvabull participants to purchase their own white shoes for this season. In order to perform on game days, each Junior Luvabull must bring her own all white gym shoes to each performance.

ITEM AMOUNT

The purpose of group fundraising is to rally your friends and families to support your daughter’s participation in the Junior Luvabulls program.

We will provide you with a personalized link to a ticket portal. You can then share your link with your friends, family, colleagues and social networks for them to purchase tickets to any of the 5 Junior Luvabulls performance games.

For every ticket sold, you can earn between $5 and $20, depending on the seat location and game. These dollars earned would be applied to your daughter’s tuition and/or program-related fees.

Example:

If a $30 game ticket is marked up to $40, you will receive $10 for every ticket you sell. If you sell 5 tickets through your personalized link, a total of $50 will be applied to your daughter’s tuition and/or program-related fees.

*PLEASE NOTE:•Participation in group fundraising will be optional and will only be available during a certain period of time.

•The price of tickets will vary based on each games availability and opponent.

•If your sold tickets translates to more money than the cost of the Junior Luvabulls program, the excess fundraising dollars will go toward the Junior Luvabulls program as a whole.

•No money will be issued to parents, performers, etc.

JUNIOR LUVABULL PARTICIPANTS:Ages 5 – 18 years NOT Parents and/or spectators

If your Junior Luvabull participant is staying for both her performance and the game, she NEEDS a game ticket. Each Junior Luvabull needs to enter Gate 3 1/2 at the specified call-time with this ticket in hand. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your Junior Luvabull participant is NOT staying for the game and is only staying for the performance, she will NOT need a game ticket but must exit the United Center directly after the performance. Junior Luvabull participants without a game ticket will need to be picked up by a parent/guardian at Gate 3 1/2 immediately following their performance. All parents are responsible for purchasing all Bulls tickets for their Junior Luvabull participant. A ticket link to purchase all game tickets will be provided by the ticketing department. Junior Luvabulls instructors and Bulls Entertainment staff are not involved with ticket sales. Please contact the Bulls ticket department for any questions regarding your tickets.

ALL PARENTS AND/OR SPECTATORS:NOT Junior Luvabull Participants

Any parent or spectator entering the United Center for the game on a performance day NEEDS a ticket, NO EXCEPTIONS. Even if you are only coming to watch your Junior Luvabull perform, you still NEED a valid game day ticket to enter the United Center. All parents will need to enter the building through the main ticket entrance after the doors open, which is usually around 5:30P.M. on game day. A ticket link to purchase all game tickets will be provided by the ticketing department. Junior Luvabulls instructors and Bulls Entertainment staff are not involved with ticket sales. Please contact the Bulls ticket department for any questions regarding your tickets.
