Perhaps an unclear aim.
An unclear AIM can leadyou astray! “

The Get Better Outpatient Clinic will reduce patient wait time for all renal consultations from 50 days to 25 days by July 1st, 2013.
AIM statement examplesIncrease the number of AMI patients who receive thrombolytics within 30 minutes of hospital arrival to 95% by March, 2013.
Increase the number of AMI patients receiving aspirin on arrival to 95% by March 2013.
Your Turn
At your table there are AIM statement which could be missing information, misleading or are brilliant.
Work in partners to re-write the AIM statements; be prepared to share and discuss.
