2011 PATA Face of the Future

This year, voting for Face of the Future was opened to all PATA members.Five finalists with the highest number of votes have been unveiled.

The five finalist have each submitted a video detailing some of the challenges they expect to face as future travel and tourism leaders.

Videos will be judged by the PATA Executive Board, with the winner and runner up hosted to the Conference.

Tomorrow’s TourismStudents from PATA member school submitted their ideas for

a more sustainable model of measuring tourism in the form of a video.

More than 30 entries were received.An expert panel of judges will select three finalists.The three finalists will invited to the conference in Beijing and

awarded a subsidy for their trip.In Beijing the finalists will take part in a debate with PATA Life

Members and industry professionals, where the champion will be decided.

•Current and past PATA Members and staffers were invited to submit stories of their experiences with PATA for the past 60 years.

•Stories will be complied into a book titled “My PATA My Story”, print sponsor by PATA Singapore Chapter.

•“My PATA My Story” will be distributed all delegates of PATA 60th Anniversary and Conference
