Post-tensioned timber frameAn eco-friendly alternative to reinforced concrete or steel frame structures.

How it works• Pre-stressed tendon connects glulam columns to glulam beams

• Fast assembly

• Easy building construction

• Pre-fabricated elements guarantee high quality

• No additional steel elements are required

Hybrid Composite SlabsReduce CO2 emissions by replacing concrete with eco-friendly renewable timber.

How it works• Made of thin laminated veneer lumber (LVL) using beech

wood plates (thickness 40-60mm) and a concrete layer on top (thickness 120-160 mm)

• LVL plate acts as formwork during construction and as tensile reinforcement during the lifetime of the building

• No additional steel fasteners due to omposite action between timber and concrete with notches

• Fire resistance and sound insulation requirements fulfilled

• A cost-competitive and effective alternative to reinforced concrete

Wood Facade Surface ProtectionA sustainable high quality and durable wood coating

How it works• High quality alternative to traditional wood impregnations and

coatings

• Improved protection of the original wood colour

• Repels water

• Based on thin coatings containing UV absorbing particles

• Fewer cracks due to hydrophobic surface properties

How it works• A pre-fabricated, lightweight building envelope for renovation

• Fast and easy installation

• Integration of heating, cooling, ventilation and energy-generating

• Minimal disturbance: during maintenance and installation occupants can stay in their home

• Suitable for large-scale implementation

Envelopes without bordersOptimal building envelopes for subtropical regions

How it works• consists of an external insulation layer made up of wood fibre

board, cross-laminated wood panel as the structural layer,

• interior finishing layer composed of wood and clay

• moisture vapour can move through the wall in both directions

• by defining the appropriate thickness for each layer of insulation, it is possible to avoid moisture-related problems inside the wall through humidity buffering

• depending on the degree of prefabrication of the load bearing panels, construction could be significantly faster than for conventional buildings
