Engaging with Top Scholars and ArtistsOn October 7, 2012, AASP invited Director and Producer Leo S. Chiang. His most recent documentary, “Mr. Cao Goes to Washington,” follows the journey of Rep. Joseph Cao, the first Vietnamese American elected to U.S. Congress.
