Once translated, language resource files are generated for the supported language enabling you to display the item in the translated language at run time.

Delegating activities

Delegating activities involves allocating new activities from one resource to another for a specified time period. This is useful if a resource is off on sick or holiday leave.

Delegation is not the reassignment of activities, therefore the activities display on the work queue of both the resources.

Once the activities are delegated, if required, you can update or remove the delegation.

Managing Resource Availability

TotalAgility has a global business calendar which can be used to set working/non-working days and working hours across all resources in the system.

Each resource can also have their personal calendar that is derived from the global calendar.

Audit Logs keep track of the information pertaining to any action performed on executing a business process or a system function.

You can view all audit logs and also filter based on the date range and audit log type.

Remove Audit Log Entries

You can clear entries from your audit log file from time to time.

Deleting unwanted records regularly from the log file restricts the size of the log file from becoming unmanageable.

You can either clear the entire log file or remove specific log types and entries for specific periods.

Resetting the Status of Activities

You can reset the status of an either a single activity or all activities for a selected resource from 'Taken' to 'Pending' so that it can be picked up by or allocated to another resource.

This is specifically useful when a resource suddenly becomes unavailable due to some reason.

Job Upgrader Utility

Using Job Upgrader utility you can upgrade the existing live jobs to the latest released version of their respective process without terminating or restarting a live job.

Amendments are made and put live immediately.

It is specifically designed to allow organizations to be more flexible and respond to the design change. Note: The Job Upgrader utility ONLY adds new data to existing jobs, such as new variables, floating roles, work queue definition fields and milestones. It does not update or delete existing data in the job. When there are multiple versions of a map, you can choose to upgrade only the jobs created on the selected versions of a map. You can also filter the jobs to be upgraded using the date range. For example, you can specify a From date, so that all the jobs started after the specified date are updated. Similarly, you can specify a To date, and all the jobs created till the specified date are updated. When both From and To dates are specified, all the jobs created between these dates are updated.
