NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sub: Fabrication of Models of Demonstration Housing Projects

Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), an autonomous organization under the administrative control of Ministry of HUPA, has been into promotion of appropriate building materials and construction technologies since 1990. BMTPC is participating in HUDCO Build Tech at hall no. 5 in India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2015 from 14-27 November 2015 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. In this connection, BMTPC invites sealed quotations from reputed Modelers for fabrication of following Models of demonstration housing projects of BMTPC:

i. Model of Demonstration Housing Project at Nellore (G+1) – Scale 1:150 ii. Model of Demonstration Housing Project at Bhubaneswer (G+3) – Scale 1:100

Interested Modelers may quote their rates on the following terms & conditions: 1. The specification of the models will be as under:

a. Wooden Base suitable for the models b. Model to be fabricated in plastic/PVC c. 5 mm thick transparent plastic cover d. Wooden cover for full model in 12 mm thick ply with lifting and handling arrangement

The drawings of both the projects are enclosed at Annexures. 2. The Modelers which are carrying the similar kind of work during the last three years would be

eligible. The documents related to the similar kind of work carried out earlier should be enclosed. 3. The Modelers shall submit copies of PAN No. and ITR for last three years. 4. All the material shall be of good quality. 5. The work should be completed in all respects by 10

th November, 2014, as per the direction and

satisfaction of BMTPC. 6. The quoted rates shall include all charges FOR BMTPC Office, New Delhi inclusive of taxes. 7. BMTPC reserves the right to reject one or all of the quotations without assigning any reason thereof. 8. No advance shall be paid. The payment shall be made only after delivery of the models and to the

satisfaction of BMTPC. 9. The interested Modelers may submit sealed envelopes superscribing ‘Quotation for Fabrication of

Models of Demonstration Housing Projects’. The last date for submission of the quotation is October 26, 2015 by 02.00 PM at the following address:
