Due to a vacancy in our office and continuance of New Employee Orientation, training staff availability on Mondays and Tuesdays will be minimal. Addi-tionally, we are frequently out of the office, so please leave a phone message if you receive no answer.

All new employees, regardless of status (term, stu-dent, full time regular) must process through our of-fice. This includes any employee who has been re-hired. Having employees work without training opens the university up for litigation following an on the job injury.

When expecting new employees, please let the train-ing office know by the Friday prior. We have an Ori-entation schedule we follow every Monday and Tues-day.

Supervisors are reminded to gather their employees to electronically fill out their Conflict of Interest forms. These forms are mandatory. Please allow your employees to use and build on the computer skills we have been providing over the last two years.
