YOUrHOME Eligibility

Must work full-time or at least 30 hours/per pay

In good-standing with at least one year of service

First-Time Home-Buyer Home must be owner-occupied and not

more than a two family property Qualified for a mortgage with a

participating lender

Purchase within a five-mile radius of any NewCourtland Network property and within the City of Philadelphia

Use a participating, approved Lender Non-taxable fringe benefit payable to

settlement agent towards down payment or related closing costs

Financial assistance withdrawn if sale is canceled
