Noziqonga Trading CC is an Eastern Cape Based, construction Services Company that prides itself in
providing affordable quality services in diverse market segments within the Eastern Cape and the rest
of South Africa. The company provides a comprehensive range of construction services to its clients all
over South Africa and has earned recognition for undertaking large complex projects and completing
them satisfactorily. The company’s scope of services range from providing construction supplies,
temporary and permanent works design consultancy, building construction, installation and
construction project management.
The company also boasts of a very diverse team of experienced professionals and experts that are
dedicated in ensuring the best prospects for success in every project undertaken by the company. We
believe in making a lasting impression in our clients, embracing change, fostering innovation and
uncompromising on quality and excellence. Success in the construction industry up to this point has
greatly hinged on a reputation for meeting project deadlines and quality control and our company has
maintained a good track record of completing every project that we engage in on time whilst ensuring
good quality service.
Fostering a cooperative and collaborative environment with our clients at all levels is one of our strong
points in ensuring a successful implementation of relationship management with our clientele; we
believe client relationship management is an area that is critical to the success of our business and any
project that we undertake thus we always aim to maintain positive, long-term relationships with our
customers, joint-venture partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and our staff.
The company hold an insurance policy with the Federated Employers Mutual Assurance Company in

THE BACKGROUND OF
NOZIQONGA TRADING CC
Noziqonga Trading CC was established and
incorporated in 2009 by the Managing
Director/Owner, Mrs Buntukazi Makubalo. As a
seasoned thinker and a person with good
business judgements, coupled with her
experience as a quantity surveyor, she saw the
opportunity to become an independent
contractor and forged her own path in the male
dominated environment.
Mrs Makubalo has accumulated over 15 years
of experience in the construction industry, her
passion and persistence has enabled the
company to prosper and grow exponentially
over the years, after over 6 years through her
determination and drive, the business is still
going strong.
The company offers general construction
services such as site analysis, renovations,
sanitations, fencing and design, amongst
others, we handle various retail, commercial,
healthcare, distribution and industrial projects
in the Eastern Cape and the rest of the country.
Creating a long-term sustainable brand that will
contribute to the advancement of not only the
Eastern Cape economy but also South Africa as
a whole, creating job opportunities for the
youth, especially young women were some of
the reasons that led to the creation of Nozinga
Trading CC.

PROFILE OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mrs Makubalo is a very dedicated individual who strives for excellence at all times, a qualified
quantity surveyor who has experience in the construction industry.
She has a B.tech degree on Quantity Surveying from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan
University, a National Diploma in Building from Walter Sisulu University; she holds a certificate in
Introduction to SAMTRAC (HIRA and System tools) and a certificate of competence in application
of SHE principles and procedures.
She has worked for a number of companies including Clarence Bobie and Partners and Indwe
Quantity Surveyors.
Throughout her career she has been involved in a number of projects, ranging from small to
major projects, which has given her the advantage to be able to lead her own staff and be able
build a culture of independence, positive attitude and energy within her workforce.
She has acquired an impressive array of skills in her career in the arrears of:

PROFILE OF CONTRACTS MANAGER
Mr Ntsholo holds a National Diploma in Building from the Walter Sisulu University; he has been
with the company since 2013 and has brought some site management skills and experience.
Before joining us he has worked for Nongcobo Construction as a Store Clerk, and Rise and
Shine Electricals CC as an Electrician.
He does the following duties, amongst others
Contracts management, with suppliers and customers
Ensuring that the business maintains the adequate supplies at required levels at all
times
On-site staff management
PROFILE OF SHE OFFICER
Ms Ntuli holds a National Certificate in Information Technology (End user Computing) from the
Information Technology Centre, a certificate in SAMTRAC, Occupational Health and safety
course (First Aid level) 1 and a certificate in Construction Regulations.
She has been with the company since March 2016.
Prior joining us she has worked for a number of institutions as a SHE Rep, including Mvula Trust
and DBSA, she also worked as a safety officer for Keren Kula Constructions and BHS
Constructions for 2 years and 6 months respectively.
PROFILE OF CONTRACTS DIRECTOR
Mr Sikrwede holds a Btech degree in Quantity Surveying from Tshwane University of Technology
and a National Diploma in building from Walter Sisulu University.
He has been in the construction industry since 2011 and has worked for a number of
companies such as Heaton Building Contractors, Senza Africa Quantity Surveyors and
Freemason Construction as a Site Quantity Surveyor and Supervisor.
He has been involved in a number of major projects ranging from renovations and construction
up to the value of R38 mil.
He mainly oversees projects for the business and ensures effective coordination with clients
and architects
