• Culture is not just one thing; It’s everything.
• Culture is fluid, dynamic and ever changing
• Everyone on your team creates it by what you think, say and do.
• You ELEVATE by what you think
• IMPROVE by what you say
• Make it GREAT by what you do
• Culture is purposeful; knowing what you stand for
WHO CREATES CULTURE
• YOU.....you are responsible for creating a winning culture that
drives behavior that produces winning results.
• Leaders create culture. Culture drives behavior. Behavior
produces results.

• Too many coaches are preoccupied with “winning” that they fail to
build a culture.
• You must be intentional about the culture you create, or you get
poor results
