TERMS AND CONDITIONS• Participants are required to maintain minimum Executive title from the start of the qualification period until the commencement of the Star Academy in 2017 (“Star Academy”)• Participants are required to complete the qualification criteria between July 2016 to June 2017 to qualify for this Star Academy in 2017. • Participants will depart from their home country’s capital airport.• Participation in the Star Academy is non-transferable and non-cash convertible. Participants are only entitled to attend the Star Academy destination they have qualified for. The Company will not honor a request to attend a future Star Academy or trip of similar kind and any future compensation, regardless of circumstances.• Participants who win 2 seats but with only one member in the distributorship can transfer the 2nd seat to immediate family member who is not an Executive. • Participants who win 2 seats can transfer the 2nd seat to immediate family members who is not an Executive if only one member of the distributorship can attend.• Without prejudice to the Company’s product return policy in the Policies & Procedures, (including but is not limited to the Company’s right to recoup bonuses paid on returned products), product returns within 12 months following the end of Star Academy of more than 5% in the commissionable organization volume generated at the time of qualification for the Star Academy will result in disqualification from the Star Academy. The Distributor agrees to reimburse Nu Skin Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei for the cost of the Star Academy.• Participants must not have any Distributor violations prior to and during the qualification period.• Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas and all expenses associated with obtaining the required travel documents prior to the Star Academy.• The Company reserves the right to change the Star Academy destination and any of the terms and conditions if circumstances deem it necessary.• Participants are required to build their Nu Skin business in accordance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

IMPORTANT:• Qualifier must complete 3000 Group Sales Volume (GSV) for any 4 months within the qualification period and in June 2017.• New G1 Executive created must come from Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei and must not have been a previous Executive.• New G1 Executive created must complete minimum 3000GSV for any 3 months within the qualification period.• Repromoted Executives from PEXEC and Re-entry Executive track will not be counted as new Executives.• Maximum 2 seats all expenses paid trip.
