Payment Scheme

Terms of Payment in Cash

1 Outright Cash 12% of the TCP

2 Within 15 calendar days

10% of the TCP

3 Within 16-30 calendar days

8% of the TCP

4 Within 31-60 calendar days

6% of the TCP

5 Within 61-90 calendar days

4% of the TCP

1. CashDiscount Shall be granted to the full payment of the net selling price,if paid under the following schedules:

2. Deffered Cash• Construction deposit of P 50,000.00 representing miscellaneous and processing fee• 30% Down payment payable in three (3) months without interest• 70% Balance Payable thru progress billing

3. In-house Financing• Construction deposit of P 50,000.00 representing miscellaneous and processing fee• 40% Down payment payable in three (3) months without interest• 60% Balance payable in five (5) years at 18% interest rate fixed for the first year and based on theprevailing interest rates for the succeeding years

Note:• Amount of loan is based on the capacity to pay of the borrower and the appraised value of thecollateral whichever is lower.• IL JUNE Construction allows a Second Real Estate Mortgage (REM) equivalent to 5% of net TCPor 50% of Equity whichever is lower.

Bank Financing

Terms of Payment through Bank Financing

1 Construction deposit of P 50,000.00 representing miscellaneous and processing fee.

2 30% Estimated down payment less Construction deposit is payable in three (3) months without interest.

3 70% Estimated Bank loan payable in 5 to 15 years at 12.5% estimated fixed interest for the first year and based on the prevailing interest for the succeeding years.

Note:• Amount of loan is based on the capacity to pay of the borrower and the appraised valueof the collateral whichever is lower.• IL JUNE Construction allows a Second Real Estate Mortgage (REM) equivalent to 5% of net TCPor 50% of Equity whichever is lower.

6 Ceiling Plywood ceiling board on wooden ceiling joist.
