Team members need to be continually growing in each commitment area if they’re going to be a healthy team members who can minister and lead.

The word engagement or engaged implies action and interaction more than the word commitment.

1. Healthy team members are committed to pursue a growing relationship with God.
Our lead worshiper role is to worship God and to encourage our congregation to worship God, through Christ, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

If worship team members aren’t engaged in a growing relationship with God, then all the other areas of engagement are in vain.

We need to support and follow the vision and direction of our leaders.

The worship team is NOT a gig.
Team members need to love and engage with people off the platform and outside of the worship ministry.

Team members don’t have to be professional musicians to make excellent music.
