BUET Clearance Procedure

• First you shall have collect the clearance form from the Register building ( ground floor) & from the dept office(if there is any customized for the respective dept )

• you shall have to take the clearance from the laboratories, medical center, library etc.

• For library you need the library cards if you have any.

• Then you shall have to take an award form from your advisor. • after fulfilling the award form you

shall have to submit it in the department office with eight grade sheets.• after some days your result will be

published.

• you shall have to take news from the DSW office.(from a lean man with beard sitting in the corner/last room of ground floor of DSW office)

• After publishing the result, you shall have to submit the clearance form to the DSW office to the above prescribed man for issueing the Testimonial.

• The testimonial will be issued within a few days from the DSW office.

• Then all of your work are in the controller of exam office.• You shall have to collect

the certificates from there.

• The charges are following :– Transcript & Provisional certificate-------- TK 150/=– Others certificates------------------------------TK 150/=

Total --------- TK 300/=

• You will get all the forms in the controller office.

• You can pay TK 300/= in one form which is blue in color (that’s better).

• Take 3 or 4 photocopies of the receipt.• you shall have to attest the photocopies of

• You shall have to submit the photocopies with the forms.

Never submit the main copy of the receipt anywhere

• Then you shall have to fill the forms and submit to the assigned persons.

• For others certificates there needs the transcript as attachment of the form. As you have no transcript with you now yet, instead of this you can submit the photocopy of 4/2 grade sheet.

• The form will be submitted in a file by yourself in 2nd floor(west side).

FOR provisional certificate• You shall have to collect the

registration no from the 2nd floor of register building(admission division) –Keep this reg no carefully, it will

need many times in future.

• there needs the photocopy of SSC certificate & one passport size recent photograph.

• then submit it in room no#303 to Mr.Abdul Jalil.

• All the certificates will be delivered within 3-4 pm of the working day.• You shall have to submit the ID

card at the time of receiving the provisional certificate.

• Provisional Certificate is issued immediately.• When you submit the form with necessary

attachment ,then u will be given the provisional certificate.

• You shall have to submit the ID at the time of taking the provisional certificate.
