Corporate Strategy 2018 -2023

Our Strategy and our Budget A strategy explains the main things that we want to do over a long period of time.

A budget is when you plan how you are going to get and spend money.

£108m If we do nothing, the cost of our services will be £108 million more than the money we receive.

We have written an easy read strategy which explains how we want the council to work over the next 5 years.

We have also written an easy read booklet which has lots of ideas about how to make sure we don’t spend more money than we have.

We want you to read through these 2 easy read booklets.
