MEETING FREQUENCY & RNR
Meeting Frequency
• 0-3 months
• Once in week (Over tea)
• 3-6 months
• Once in 15 days(Over tea or lunch)
R&R
• All Buddies to be rewarded on quarterly basis
• Post successful completion of 6 months of the program, top 5 Buddies per vertical and Corporate to be identified and to be felicitated with Certificate
Management shall reserve the rights to any amendments in the R&R scheme of the Buddy program

WHAT BUDDY IS NOT
Mentor:
Someone, typically more experienced, who is involved with the all-round development of an individual (personal and professional).
Manager:
Someone responsible for the new employee's job performance. The new employee must be directed to their manager for resolution of the relevant issue(s).
