Along with this, she also identifies expiring funding, recoups available funds and obtains copies of pertinent documents. She regularly prepares reports, ledger tracking, maintenance and support of ERP (or any other official accounting program tracking systems for all appropriations represented PEO IWS 1.0; Other Procurement Navy-OPN, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Navy-RDT&EN, Operations and Maintenance Navy-O&MN and Ship Conversion Navy-SCN); she also provides monthly and quarterly financial execution status reports, which depict a ‘total program picture’ of the financial health of IWS 1.0 and provides timely and effective support for major reviews including Mid-Year Reviews, all while maintaining organized motility.

Bridgewater Phonathon, BC Caller, 09/2015 – 04/2016. Maintained Bridgewater College’s positive relations with Bridgewater Alumni and family. Did so through providing engaging conversation and inquired about any differences on an individual basis. Also provided a breif, but thorough, synopsis of the campus’s changes and upgrades. Provided memorable and requested anecdotes that increased staff moral and Alumni relations.Roy Rogers, Cashier/Hostess, 07/2010 – 12/2013. Initially as cashier: provided welcoming environment, took and filled food orders, maintained area’s cleanliness, assisted with other positions as needed. As hostess: prepared salads and burger fixings to be maintained during the day, kept drinks stocked, dining room and bathrooms clean, and cleaned trays when available. Checked in with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the business. In both roles, frequently functioned as if in leadership position; provided various training for new employees.
