Buckinghamshire Golf Club is an 18 Hole John Jacobs designed course, set in 226 acres of magnificent English Parkland.

Whilst situated only 18 miles from the centre of London and 12 miles from Heathrow, the course offers a delightful oasis of calm and privacy.

The Club house is an historic grade II listed mansion, predominantly Eighteenth Century, being completely restored to its original glory.

Buckinghamshire Golf Club has been host to European and Senior Team Events, including the Andersen Consulting Worlds Matchplay won by Colin Montgomerie and the European Seniors

Tournament of Champions.

Add the enjoyment of your golf day by offering your clients coaching and competition provided by our resident golf professionals.

Our Pro’s can help you with swinging, putting, chipping, or just be there to add more fun on the day with competitions like ‘Beat the Pro’.

tERMS AND CONDItIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply for the booking of a golf day at The Buckinghamshire Golf Club, hereinafter referred as the “The Club”.

1. Reservations

Reservations will be regarded provisional until such time as the club has received a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions together with a 20% non-refundable deposit. The Club reserves the right to release a provisional booking after 10 working days in the absence of these conditions.

2. Deposits & Payments

Any reservations for a golf day requires a minimum deposit of 20% payable at the time of booking to confirm the reservations.

All accounts should be paid in full by the date of the golf day.

3. Amendments to Golfing Numbers

All amendments to bookings should be confirmed in writing.

Numbers for the golf can be altered without charge three months prior to the date of the golf day.

Thereafter the final number of people may be reduced by 10% without charge.

Any further reductions will be charged in full.

In the absence of any written amendments the original booking numbers will form the basis for the account.

Golf day organisers should provide The Club with a full starting list prior to the golf day inclusive of handicap details.

4. Amendments to Catering numbers

Estimated bookings must be given at the time of booking.

Numbers for the catering can be altered without charge three months prior to the date of the golf day.

Thereafter the final number of people can be reduced by 10% without charge.

Final numbers are required 72 hours prior to the commencement of the event.

Any further reductions will be charged for in full.

The Club reserves the right to allocate an alternative room to that reserved should the guaranteed numbers fail to materialise.

5. Cancellation

The following cancellation charges apply to any confirmed reservation:

a) Within 90 days of the golf day - 25% of quoted fees

b) Within 60 days of the golf day - 50% of quoted fees

c) Within 30 days of the golf day - 75% of quoted fees

d) Within 72 hours of the golf day - 100% of quoted fees

5. General

The client in accepting these Terms and Conditions assumes responsibility for any and/or damage/loss caused by him or any member of his party, in any part of the clubhouse or grounds.

All visitors to the Club must abide by and understand the dress code:

Players must wear golf shoes on the course.

Denim or trainers are not permitted.

Golf shirts must have a collar and sleeves.

Tailored shorts are acceptable if worn with sports socks above the ankle. The dress code throughout the clubhouse is smart/casual.

Mobile phones are not considered acceptable for use in public areas of The Clubhouse or the course.

All guests must be respectful and courteous to other clients who may be using The Buckinghamshire Golf Club.
