Clinical situationHopeless tooth 11 after traumatic accident with discoloring, persistent pain and mobility grade II.

Surgical solutionImmediate implant placement with gap augmentation using creos™ xenogain (small granules).

Restorative solutionImmediate provisional restoration. Final restoration: NobelProcera® ASC Abutment with veneered zirconia.
