•Nearest PHC is 16km by boat(and then on foot/van)

•6 Village Health Workers for 5 villages - Door to door visits

•Revolving Medicine bank set up

•2 doctors on sharing basis

•Total number of people benefiting from the project - (1000) 2831 families

•Preparation of Family Health Care Cards

Sustenance strategies

• Family Health cards Rs 288 per family

per year.

• Rs.10 per visit without the FHC

• PSS contribution (will cover almost all the recurring costs of the clinic)

• Revolving Medicine Bank (will supply emergency medicines at actual cost price.)
