Rosettes to 5th place all classes. All prize money MUST be collected on the day of the show, otherwise it will be forfeited. Entries will not be accepted without the appropriate fee. If 6 or less competitors in any class then only 1st prize money will be awarded.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for any loss, damage, injury or illness sustained by the exhibitors, riders or their horses or ponies and all entries are accepted on this basis. 2. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate any classes if there are insufficient entries or to amend the conditions of any class at their discretion. 3. Entries will not be acknowledged unless a stamped addressed envelope is submitted with the entry. 4. No numbers will be sent to exhibitors before the show date.Competitors’ numbers to be collected from the secretary’s office on showground. 5. Membership and Registration will be suspended immediately, if cheques payable to the BSPS., the BSPS Championships Show or a BSPS Area are not honoured by the bank or if there is any money owing to the BSPS, the Championships Show or a BSPS Area or A BSPS Affiliated show or if ANY TROPHIES belonging to the BSPS, the BSPS Championships Show or a BSPS Area are not returned by the requested date. A surcharge of £10 will be charged if cheques have to be represented, 6. The judges listed in the schedule have accepted our invitation to judge but the committee reserve the right to appoint substitutes should any of the appointed judges withdraw or classes over run.

7. THE TIMETABLE IS PROVISIONAL AND THE COMMITTEE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND AT THEIR DISCRETION. Every effort is made to avoid clashing of classes but IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPETITOR TO ENSURE THEY CAN COMPETE IN THE CLASSES ENTERED. THE COMMITTEE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SHOW 8. Committee decisions will be final. 9. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE LITTER OR MUCK OUT LORRIES ON THE SHOWGROUND.ALL DOGS ON MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES. NO HORSES TO BE TIED TO THE SIDE OF HORSE BOXES. 10. All trophy winners must sign for their trophies and return them to the secretary promptly and in good repair when requested.

11. All competitors and visitors to the show MUST adhere to the requests of the car parking attendants or you will be requested to leave the showground. 12. IN THE ADVENT THAT AN EXHIBTORS VEHICLE NEEDS TRACTOR ASSISTANCE TO LEAVE OR ENTER THE SHOWFIELD THIS WILL BE AT THE OWNERS OWN RISK.

BSPS RULES - AFFILIATION No: 16/18

This show is affiliated to the BSPS and all classes are held in accordance with the 2018 Rule & Show Handbook and all persons entering, competing,

showing or otherwise taking part in BSPS classes, whether or not members of the BSPS are subject to the Constitution and Rules of the BSPS including

the disciplinary procedures and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS. Any pony taking part in classes judged under BSPS

Rules will be liable to dope testing. Owners and riders must be BSPS members to compete in classes with qualification for BLUE RIBAND, (RIHS)

(including Pretty Polly & Heritage classes) and animals must be registered with the BSPS, except for Anglo & PB Arabs who must be reg. with AHS

QUALIFICATIONS

This show is a qualifier for the Royal International Horse Show. Only one pony in each of the Open Ridden Show Pony Classes (74-76), Lead Rein

Show Pony (72) First Ridden Show Pony (73) Lead Rein Hunter Type (31) Open Show Hunter Classes (27-30), Open Working Hunter Classes (10-12),

Nursery Stakes class (9), Intermediate classes (13, 99-101) Pretty Polly Mixed Height Show Pony (26), Pretty Polly Heritage Lead Rein (65) Pretty Polly

Heritage First Ridden (66), Pretty Polly Show Hunter Pony (25), Pretty Polly Heritage Mixed Breeds (57) , Pretty Polly SRT & SH (24) and Ridden

Arab/Part Bred (77-78), Open Heritage Ridden (58-62) qualifies being the highest (not already qualified) from the first three ponies. This show is a

qualifier for the BSPS Summer Championships to be held at the Arena UK, Grantham. 1st & 2nd Prize winners will qualify in classes 3-5, 8-12, 15-18,

20-22, 27-30, 72 & 73, 74-76, 88 & 89. 1st 2nd & 3rd prize winners in classes 6, 7, 13, 96-98, provided the animal is owned, registered and ridden by a

BSPS member or in accordance with the BSPS rules 23 & 28. This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Blue Riband Pony of the Year, the 1st and 2nd

prize winners in the Open Working Hunter Classes 9-13, Open SP Classes (74-76) Open SHP Classes (27-30), Open Lead Rein & First Ridden(72-73),

Open SRT & SH(99-101 ).The 1st placed pony from the Heritage M&M open classes will qualify for the BSPS WOW Factor (winner of winners) at the

BSPS Summer Championship show.

BSPS BLACK COUNTRY SADDLES BEST RIDER

The Best Rider in each of the following classes at all BSPS affiliated shows will be awarded a Best Rider card and qualify for the final at the BSPS

Summer Championships. Open lead rein, open first ridden, open 128cms, 138cms, 148cms show ponies, Open L/R of Hunter type, Open 122cms,

133cms, 143cms, 153cms show hunter ponies, open cradle and nursery stakes, open 133cms, 143cms, 153cms, working hunter ponies, open

intermediate SRT, SH and WH classes, Open Heritage Lead Rein and Heritage First Ridden and Open Heritage Ridden and Heritage WHP classes to

riders who have not attained their 25th birthday before 1st January in the current year

CLASSIC SECURITY UK LTD CHALLENGE 2018

This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Challenge. Animals may enter both the BSPS Blue Riband of the Year and the BSPS Challenge. Animals must have

qualified for the Challenge by attending any BSPS affiliated show and competed in the appropriate class. Ponies must not have qualified for the HOYS

2018. If a pony qualifies for the HOYS 2018 it will forfeit its qualification for the BSPS Challenge. The following classes are qualifiers, Open Lead Rein

and 1st Ridden, Open Show Ponies, Cradle & Nursery Stakes, Open WHP, Open Lead Rein of Hunter Type, Open Show Hunters, Open Int. SH and SRTn

& WH & Open Heritage Lead Rein, First Ridden, Ridden and WHP clases

BSPS PREMIER LEAGUE 2018

This show is a qualifier for the ‘BSPS Premier League’. The 1st, 2nd, 3RD & 4TH prize winners in the following classes will qualify: Cradle stakes (7),

Heritage Lead Rein & First Ridden (86-87), Heritage Ridden (52-56) Open Heritage WHP (39-42) Open Show Pony (20-22 & 88-89) Open SHP (15-18)

Intermediate SH & SRT (96-98) Open WHP (3-6), Open Nursery Stakes (8), Lead Rein of Hunter Type (70). The finals to be held at the BSPS Summer

Championship show. 2018

CHAPS UK AFF NO:18087

This show is affiliated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK) affliation number 18087 Both owner and the rider/exhibitor need not be a member

of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse of pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete. However in order to qualify both owner and rider/exhibitor

need to be current showing member and present their valid qualifier Card in the RING for the judge to sign. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS

(UK) for the appropriate qualifier card. The CHAPS (UK) Championship show will be held on 30th – 1st Sept 2018. Shows held on or after the postal

closing date the of the Championship show will count as 2019 qualifiers. Members must apply in writing to CHAPS(UK) for the appropriate qualifier

card. Classes 105-110 are Chaps(UK) qualifiers. For full rulings and information on competition/qualification please refer to the Chaps(UK)Members

handbook or www.chapsuk.com for rulings. Skewbalds & Piebalds may compete in these classe. All Stallions entering these classes must be graded

with CHAPS (UK). All Stallions must wear Stallion CHAPS ID discs in the ring without exception

This show is a qualifier for the 2018 TSR Showing Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the finals, Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East,

South, Wales & South West, Scottish. You do not have to be a TSR member to qualify and enter the final. The rider/handler qualifies and can enter

any horse or pony in any number of finals. TSR Riders Finals 1st & 2nd prizewinners qualify in the appropriate classes and will receive a qualification

From the M58 Follow the M58 to the end then take directions to the A59, be prepared to turn right on the A5758 when directed and continue to the A565. Follow the A565 for approx. 4 miles at second large roundabout turn right (BP garage on left) the entrance to Warren Farm is clearly signed a few yard up on the right.

From the M57 When approaching the end of the M57 keep looking for signs A5758. At traffic lights there are 5 lanes, the two left hand lanes will take you towards Aintree. To access the A5758 you need to be in the third lane to continue straight on to the new link road which will take you to the A565.
