D4 technology (combining pyrolysis and hydropyrolysis processes) represents the state of the art in transforming carbon feedstock to clean energy.

Unlike competing technologies, the D4 system does not involve combustion that produces toxic

emissions.

The Devolatilization Reactor Unit operates at pressure of no more than one atmosphere, greatly reducing the hazard associated with pressuring gas system as well as operating costs.

The D4 system’s modular design allows flexibility of application and makes possible a broad

range of new applications and markets.

For a single Node (Single D4 line), 30 Tons of MSW/Day will generate:

30 MWh (net) of electricity,100 GJ of heat (waste heat)

50 GJ of solid carbon per day andNo harmful emissions.
