B.Sc. Marketing Work Placement Programme The B Sc Marketing, an undergraduate four-year programme is the leading provider of marketing expertise in Ireland for over thirty years. Students undertake a marketing-focused business programme of study, developing critical, analytical, communication, problem-solving and team-working competences to prepare them for their future as leading marketing professionals. The School of Marketing at DIT is the leader in marketing education in Ireland at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive levels. The school offers ten programmes of study at undergraduate and postgraduate levels to over 1,000 students annually. Work Placement We work with all types of organisations in many sectors, all who have enjoyed the benefits of a work placement student. The aim of the work placement is to enable students to apply, enhance and test marketing knowledge and know-how in an active, real-time business context. Students on placement will have a sound understanding of: Marketing thinking, planning and implementation, Marketing Research, International Marketing, Digital Marketing, BTB Marketing, Sales Management, Services Marketing all underpinned by a solid grasp of accounting, management, economics and general business.
