1 51 BSC Level Clear Code (PM) MeasurementThe counters of BSC Level Clear Code (PM) Measurement are divided into five differentclasses; there are failure counters, success counters, one BCSU counter, call attemptand call establishment cause counters, and handover counters. The failure and successcounters together characterise the quality of service. All counters are given on BSCbasis.

Most of the counters have a one-to-one correspondence with a particular DX cause.These correspondences are indicated in the counter descriptions. However, some of thecounters are primarily based on 3GPP-based BSSMAP causes or establishmentcauses. In those cases, the name of the BSSMAP cause or establishment cause is alsomentioned in the counter descriptions.
