Victoria is a welsh speaker. Her experience of working with vulnerable adults began when she was 18 as a volunteer for interplay. After completing a degree in Business, she continued her work with adults as a Registered Manager at Bryce Care and continued developing her expertise in management working for larger care providers in Bristol. Returning to Wales and Bryce Care, Victoria took on the responsibility

of Executive Manager, overseeing compliance and staffing of all 4 residential homes and was instrumental in setting up the domiciliary provision and winning the contract with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council. Her knowledge and passion for compliance and care of the service users was at the forefront when taking over as Executive Director of Bryce Care Training and she has developed a training company that ensures all staff at Bryce Care individually receives up to date and quality training.

Alison has 20 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, her career began with a housing association in an assisted living complex where she worked as a lead care assistant supporting predominantly elderly care residents, she then left and undertook a place at a local cottage hospital providing rehabilitation to elderly patients, with the view of training as a qualified nurse however due to back surgery had to take stock and rethink

her career path, Alison went on to become employed as a domiciliary care manager for a Cardiff based company and was instrumental in opening the Swansea branch. Alison achieved her registered managers award and also became an NVQ assessor, Alison has taken many support workers through their NVQ level two in health and social care and ensured there was a high standard achieved in the work produced, from there she was employed by a leading charity for dementia care overseeing the management of three day centres, part of her role was providing dementia training and soon became an accredited trainer holding silver status, providing training to local authorities in south and mid wales along with domiciliary care agencies and other care providers in and around South Wales.Alison firmly believes that by providing training to those in a caring profession enables organisations to equip staff with the skills and knowledge to undertake their roles exceeding all guidelines and instilling best practice.

Bryce Care Training Services Ltd has drawn upon the skills and knowledge of each of the trainers, Victoria Hamilton and Stuart Bryce.

This evaluation form asks you to rate your training experience with us in a number of different aspects. Bryce Care Training Services Ltd (BCTS) reserve the right to revoke any discount if payment deadlines are not met.If payment is not made when due, interest is payable at the rate of 3% over NatWest’s prevailing base rate on the amount outstanding from the due date of payment until receipt by BCTS Ltd of the full amount (including any accrued interest), whether before or after judgement, together with any reasonable legal or other recovery costs.

cErTIfIcaTESCertificates will be sent within 7 working days following the course providing full payment has been received.BCTS Ltd may suspend further training, or terminate any contracts if in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable to pay your debt when you fall due.

caNcEllaTIoN polIcyThe following charges will apply for cancellation of a course: 14+ days notice = no charge incurred8-13 days notice = 50% charge incurred0-7 days notice = 100% charge incurred
