Bryant “Drew” Andrews is a dynamic, energizing force who brings over 25 years of human service, dance and fitness

experience to communities worldwide. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Staten Island, Drew currently resides in

Kingston, NY and is the Executive Director at Center for Creative Education, a non-profit organization whose mission

is to enrich the social and cultural awareness of our youth and community through arts, wellness and education.

Drew is the founder and choreographer of the award winning Energy Dance Company, whose focus on Hip-Hop, Latin

Dance Fusion, high-energy dance style and rich hard-hitting choreography has won national and international

recognition.

Drew is also the creator and CEO of DXF® - Dance Xross Fitness®, a community-based, fun, energetic,

intergenerational fitness program that builds community and promotes family fitness using a mix of four disciplines:

dance, kickboxing, strength training and soul line dancing. DXF® has developed into an innovative, sustainable

program, which successfully educates by linking community, arts and wellness.

Group Fitness Instructor, award-winning choreographer, accomplished Hip-Hop and Latin dancer/instructor,

community leader and human services professional, Drew has dedicated his life to community, arts, health and

wellness. He was strongly influenced by his parents focus on a healthy lifestyle, and has passed that philosophy on to

his children. Drew shares his strong belief that family fitness can strengthen the family bond and have a positive,

long-term impact with youth and adults in the community.

Using DXF® - Dance Xross Fitness®, Drew established the “Let’s Move! Ulster” and “Let’s Move! Dutchess” free yearly

community health and wellness fair. In its 7th year, “Let’s Move! Ulster” continues to strengthen community

collaborations. Schools, elected officials, local businesses, religious organizations and health care facilities all work in

consort toward a common goal of healthy community. With the success of the “Let’s Move! Ulster” events, Drew has

seen his mission of community building and family fitness come to fruition and looks forward to sharing his vision

nationally and internationally.
