-20 neighbourhoods supported since 2009-Projects aim at supporting local environnemental initiatives: urban farming, waste collectors, bike infrastructures, etc.

Working on the existing neighbourhoods (most of the city is already built):

• Since 1994: 60 existing neighbourhoods have been renovated

• Investments are made in a transversal strategy: in one district: projects in new housings, local infrastructures, public spaces, economy, environnement

• 60 million euros each year. 750 million euros since 1994.
